
Ron Bergamasco
Ron holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Quality Management, Operations Management / Strategy, and Statistics. He’s been an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) since the 1990’s and has a variety of other notable Quality and Food Safety credentials. Ron has worked in the food industry for over 30+ years. His diversified knowledge and experience base spans across a spectrum of food, dessert, beverage and related primary packaging manufacturing categories. These categories include; meat (cooked, fermented), dairy (natural cheeses, process cheese, cultured / yogurt, ice cream, etc.), liquid / powdered beverages, coffee, chocolate confections, aseptic desserts, seafood (fish and shellfish), condiments, primary packaging (plastics, laminates, paperboards, coatings) and many other food sector categories. Additionally, Ron held senior Quality and Food Safety management positions at public and private companies, where he successfully re-designed, developed and re-organized the Quality Assurance function to streamline and improve the overall function’s effectiveness.
