Mike Pearsall

DQS Team Member

Mike Pearsall has over 38 years of professional experience in the fields of food, packaging material and animal feed production at Fortune 500 companies. He has led multiple projects in product development in those areas as well.

He is an instructor and lead auditor in the BRC and FSSC 22000 food and packaging standards; FAMI-QS and GMP+ animal feed standards and the ISCC crop sustainability standard. He is a FSMA and FSVP qualified instructor and auditor. With this expertise, Mike helps clients to understand the various food safety standards to keep the food supply chain protected.

Mike holds a Master’s Degree in both Microbiology and Brewing/Distilling.

Ashley has over 13 years of professional experience in the quality, transportation and medical industries.  She has been able to utilize her previous work experience and industry contacts to assist DQS Inc. in growing the organization’s medical business line.  Ashley holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Veterinary Technology and is a qualified auditor, technical reviewer and witness auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and MDSAP auditor under DAKKS and ANAB accreditation for DQS Inc. and DQS Med.
