Chris James has over 40 years of experience in the management of quality systems including ISO 9001, TL 9000 and TS 16949 and has implemented these standards in various commercial environments the United States, Mexico and mainland China. Areas of experience include electronic component manufacture, printed circuit manufacturing, printed circuit board assembly, chemical processing and the assembly of electronic devices for the telecommunication industry. Chris helps clients continuously improve their procedures to maintain quality assurance. He is the Program Manager for ISO 9001, TL 9000, and ESD S20.20.
Chris is a Graduate of the Institute of Physics in London and holds a Master’s degree in Material Science and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Physics from Sunderland and Durham Universities in the United Kingdom.
