Mike has 21 years of professional experience in Management Systems Auditing. He is a lead auditor for IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.  Mike also has 12 years of professional experience in the Automotive Industry (OEM & Tier 1) with those years split between engineering, manufacturing, and quality.

Lisa Brandon

DQS Team Member

Lisa Brandon is the Vice President of Business Development at DQS Inc. and was previously Vice President of Operations for 7 years.  Lisa leads our Sales and Marketing Team, Customer Service, as well as our Food Safety, Medical Device and IT Services Sector operations.  Prior to this, she was most recently Global Operations Manager at Underwriters Laboratories Inc. in the Management Systems Solutions business. In her over 30 years in the conformity assessment industry, Lisa has managed all functions and processes related to audit and service delivery and was previously an ISO-9001 and QS-9000 Lead Auditor.

Lisa is a member of the US TAG to ISO TC176 for Quality Management which is responsible for the ISO 9000 family of standards and represents DQS on the IAAR (Independent Association of Accredited Registrars). Lisa earned her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.  She has held RAB QMS Lead Auditor and ASQ Certified Quality Manager and Certified Quality Auditor certifications.  She held numerous board positions in the ASQ Raleigh Section including Past Section Chair and ISO Support Group Chair.

Brad McGuire

DQS Team Member

Brad’s career started by learning about the financial side of business while at Price Waterhouse in Canada, where he worked in the audit and business advisory practice supporting both privately held and public companies.  While with PW, he obtained his Chartered Accounting designation in 1986.   After Price Waterhouse, Brad held increasingly responsible roles in Allied North America, starting as CFO of the Canadian business and in 1995 moving to Chicagoland as CFO, CIO and eventually COO of Allied North America.  In 2001, Brad purchased his own moving and storage business in Naperville, IL until selling it in 2007 and joining UL DQS (now DQS Inc.).

Brad holds a Business and Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and continues to hold his Chartered Accounting designation.  Brad has had extensive civic involvement which include Chairman of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, Board member of the United Way of Metro Chicago (Finance Chair) and the Naperville United Way, Co-Chair Metra Business Alliance, Trustee Naperville Education Foundation and District 203 Business Community Partner.
