Michelle Barton has 25 years of professional experience in aerospace manufacturing and quality management systems.  She is an AIEA (Aerospace Industry Experienced Auditor) and a lead auditor for AS9100, AS9120, and ISO 9001. She also holds qualification as a Technical Reviewer, Competency Verifier, and Qualifier. Michelle is very involved with the AAQG and RMC including participation in writing and reviewing standards and presenting at the Annual Auditor Workshops. She helps her customers maintain access to the Aerospace market through conformance to industry accepted practices.

Candace Orbaugh has over 25 years of professional experience in quality, environmental, and auditing and holds a Masters of Quality Management and a Certified Profession Environmental Auditor. Candace guides clients in their policies for encouraging environmental protections within their organizations.

She is a lead auditor, qualifier, and technical reviewer for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, RC 14001 and RCMS.

Chuck Blair has 25 years of professional experience in the fields of Automotive related manufacturing and IATF 16949. He is a lead auditor of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001 . Additional qualifications include IATF Veto Power Reviewer, Competency Verifier, Qualifier and DQS Corporate Auditor. Chuck supports automotive clients’ continual improvement and variation reduction to minimize risk in this sector.
